PAYMENT:

​​

- Projects must be paid in full (100%) before the design process begins with the exception of packages or websites. Packages/websites will require a 50% deposit to begin. 

​

- BY SUBMITTING A PAYMENT/DEPOSIT, YOU ARE CONFIRMING THAT YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS LISTED ON THIS PAGE. -

REFUNDS: 

​

- Deposits and payments are 100% Non-Refundable.
- Due to the fact that we provide a custom service, the time that it takes to create designs custom to you and your brand is non-refundable.

CANCELLATION:

- If for any reason you want to cancel a service, please make this known. However, due to the work produced or in a queue, payments already received by By Eldon will not be refunded.

 

Services can also be terminated by Designed By Eldon for the following reasons:

- Information needed to complete the project has not been provided after 1 follow-up/2 weeks.
- Rejection of several designs without giving sufficient feedback, preferences, or suggestions.

- Refusal to pay for extra services requested/rendered.
- Makes unreasonable requests outside of the scope of the original project.

- Client refuses to follow procedures and policies put in place.

- Clients do not own or have any rights to SAMPLES. If it has been found, said, or suggested that you have shared samples with third parties,  your project may be subject to termination with no refund.

- All communication is done via email or WhatsApp Business (message only).

- Please do not make requests or submit details via voice messaging. ALL requests and information must be provided in written format to avoid miscommunication.

- Please do not call the Phone/WhatsApp account, calls cannot be answered.​

TURNAROUND TIME:

​

- Designs can take between 1-14 business days | 4-6 weeks for larger projects (subject to change)

- Rush fees can be added to artwork only for $60.

- Please note that you should be somewhat prepared for your project before reaching out. This can include general ideas, color(s), materials, text information, photographs, etc.

- Please submit your requests in a timely manner to avoid any "late" returns.

DRAFTS & FINAL PRODUCT:

​

- Please carefully review all files to ensure that you are happy with the design. Once approved, the project is considered "complete". If additional changes are required after completion, a revision fee will be applied to the project.

- Revision allowance will be provided to you, additional revisions will be an extra charge (starting at $15). 

​- You will only receive two follow up emails after drafts have been provided.

- Projects will be considered abandoned after 2 weeks of no communication & will require a restart fee starting at $25 to be re-added to the queue.
