- Once the application is filled out, we will review the application and reach out to you with any questions/concerns before providing you with a contract.

- When the signed contract & payment is received, your subscription will begin and we will discuss how & when you will be receiving your graphics.

- After your membership begins, you will submit your content ideas to be designed.
- Please allow a turnaround time of 1-2 business days. Same-day requests are not always able to be met.
- Graphics included are: graphic templates, story designs, basic content flyers. Any additional graphics requested will be billed separately.
- Graphics do not roll over into the next month. Please use all of your allowed graphics.
- Designed By Eldon will not be responsible for reminding you to submit content to meet your allowance.

- This program allows you to promote sales, classes, events, products, etc. at one price.
- Saves you time from DIY designs that may not work or reflect your branding.

- A great way to save on branding and have marketing collateral for your business/brand.

- You become a priority in my queue (faster turnaround times) as I have allotted time specifically for you. 

- Payment is due every month, on the same day as your initial payment.
- You will receive an invoice reminder the week prior with the due date.

- A minimum of 3 months is required to become a member of the retainer program.
